Electronic CTPs (Course Training Plan), Master Lesson Plans, QSPs (Qualification Standard and Plan), and most IGs (Instructional Guide) are only accessible to officers and instructors.  They can be accessed by requesting access from the Training Officer.

You will be taken to the Air Cadet League Website where you can obtain information regarding the rules and regulations for the Effective Speaking Contest, for all levels of competition.
